Your first visit

This appointment is designed to gather information about you and your current state of health. Your chiropractor will run through a thorough case history, neurological and spinal examination and postural assessment.

The goal of this visit is to determine a baseline for your health from a chiropractic viewpoint as well as providing a time for you to ask any questions that you may have to help you make a more informed decision as to whether chiropractic care is what you are looking for.

X-Rays may be requested at this time, if these are indicated following your history and examination.

Report of findings

This will be your second visit to the office. On this visit a comprehensive report is given to you by your chiropractor. This includes an explanation of the examination findings as well as the results of any scans or x-rays.

It is important to us that you fully understand what we have found and how this relates to your health, so that you can make an informed choice as to whether you would like to commence care.

You will also be given a recommended schedule of chiropractic care based on the results of your examination. If you decide to start chiropractic care you will also be given your first chiropractic adjustment at this visit.
